When I was in high school, my dentist recommended that I get braces. I remember the horror that I felt when I looked in the mirror and saw a mouthful of metal gazing back at me. Since that time, braces have evolved greatly and they no longer have the same stigmas attached to them. I designed this blog to help young people who are unsure about wearing braces and those who have them and are having trouble adjusting.
